What is ONE Westport?

ONE Westport is a vision for the reinvention of the Westport community by creating an innovative development on the vacant 43 acre parcel in conjunction with the revitalization of the existing neighborhood through redevelopment, community engagement and opportunity.  Located on the western shore of the middle branch of the Patapsco River, just south of I-95/I-295 and Baltimore's Inner Harbor, the new development will include a combination of townhouse homeownership, multi-family apartments both affordable as well as market rate, senior apartments, retail, office, public parks, waterfront promenade, and a multi-purpose public recreation field.

ONE Westport Mission

ONE Westport will have a short and long term impact in Westport and Baltimore City as we work to create a community comprised of new residential, commercial and retail development  that is complimentary to the existing Westport and surrounding communities.  We will work to ensure the project adds to the betterment of the community by incorporating both national, regional and local developers in the project as we create fresh opportunities for all residents of Westport and Baltimore City.

As part of the development efforts, the Westport development team is working with the community to redevelop and revitalize the homes and businesses in the existing neighborhood, which is adjacent to, and will be integrated with the site design.  The team is also in discussions with the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland to upgrade the existing light rail station, which sits in between the new development and the existing neighborhood, to provide an active multi-modal hub for all of Westport and surrounding communities.

Stonewall Capital is the Master Developer of the site and will work in conjuction with several strategic partners to bring the ONE Westport development vision to reality.  Stonewall Capital is a local Maryland development company with over 20 years’ experience throughout the mid Atlantic region including Baltimore City. We focus on master planned development opportunities that will truly be landmark communities that provide residents with a live, work and play atmosphere.
