Parcel A - Approximately 4.2 gross acres, accessed off of proposed relocated Kloman Street, 300 affordable multi-family residential units as a LIHTC project, parking to be surface with one story of structured parking and five stories of stick built construction, 100 senior units and 200 family units in two buildings with complimentary amenities.

Parcel C - Approximately 3.7 gross acres, accessed off of proposed relocated Kloman Street, 350 market rate multi-family residential units…structured parking including public parking with approximately 40,000 sq ft of first floor retail with park and waterfront frontage and open courtyard.

Parcel D - Approximately 2.7 gross acres,100,000 sq ft, four story building, innovation center, retail, commercial with water access and water related activity center.

Parcel E - Approximately 2 acres, 250 unit, six story multi-family residential building with structured parking.

Parcel F - Approximately 4.7 gross acres, 400 unit, six story multi-family residential building with structured parking, possible retail on first floor.
