Waterfront and Greenspace: We are working with South Baltimore Gateway Partnership, and Baltimore City Rec and Parks (BCRP) to create over fourteen acres of publicly accessible waterfront trails and park areas.  This will be a transformational community asset that will be accessible to everyone and a crown jewel for the City of Baltimore.

Goal: To create an exceptional design for the Westport Waterfront Park that connects with the Middle Branch Park and provides public access to a variety of amenities that can be implemented over time

Design Process: South Baltimore Gateway Partnership in conjunction with the Middle Branch Master Plan Team will lead in the design process.  We will engage the community in this process to ensure the goals and objectives of all stakeholders are considered and implemented

Greenvest: We are working with Greenvest, a nationally recognized, innovative and effective environmental provider to establish additional wetlands and facilitate shoreline restoration to bring some health to our harbor.
